While Longlong’s physical wounds healed quickly, Bao faced an urgent problem: elephant milk contains unique proteins and fats nearly impossible to replicate. Drawing on 20 years of experience, Bao crafted a life-saving substitute formula, feeding the calf through makeshift bottles until it regained strength.
