Netanyahu Offers Gaza Ceasefire Deal: Demands Demilitarization First ✌️🔥

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu has announced Israel’s willingness to negotiate a permanent ceasefire in Gaza—but only if Hamas disarms completely and the territory is fully demilitarized. The proposal comes as delegations from Israel and Hamas meet in Doha, Qatar, to discuss a potential 60-day truce. 🕊️

In a video message from Washington, Netanyahu stated that talks for a lasting peace would begin only after Hamas surrenders its weapons and loses all governing and military power. 💥 "Gaza must be demilitarized," he emphasized, framing it as a non-negotiable condition.

The conflict, triggered by a Hamas-led attack in October 2023, has claimed over 57,000 Palestinian lives, according to Gaza health officials. Israel’s military campaign has left the enclave in ruins, with 50 hostages still held in Gaza—about 20 believed alive. A U.S.-backed proposal aims to secure the release of 10 living hostages and several deceased during the proposed truce. 🤝

Hamas, however, accused Netanyahu of "obstructing" peace efforts, claiming they previously offered to release all hostages in exchange for a permanent end to Israeli aggression and unrestricted aid access. Talks remain tense, with both sides locked in a high-stakes diplomatic standoff. 🌍
