Exciting news for globetrotters and business enthusiasts! China is expanding its visa-free policy to citizens from 38 countries, aiming to boost cross-border travel and strengthen international connections. 🎉

Starting from November 30, 2024 through December 31, 2025, travelers holding ordinary passports from countries like Bulgaria, Romania, Croatia, Montenegro, North Macedonia, Malta, Estonia, Latvia, and Japan will be able to enter China without the need for a visa under a trial program. 🌐

Lin Jian, a spokesperson for the Chinese Foreign Ministry, shared the update during a daily press briefing. One of the key changes includes recognizing exchange visits as a valid reason for visa-free entry, and the maximum stay duration has been extended from 15 days to 30 days. 🗣️

Under these new measures, from November 30, 2024, citizens from the eligible 38 countries can visit China for various purposes such as business, tourism, visiting family and friends, exchange programs, or transiting, provided their stay does not exceed 30 days. This initiative is set to make traveling to China more accessible and convenient for many around the world. ✈️🌟
