China Expands Global Travel Access 🌏✈️

Pack your bags, globetrotters! 🎒 China has turbocharged its travel policies, making it easier than ever for international travelers to visit—and for its own citizens to explore the world. During the 14th Five-Year Plan (2021–2025), the country has rolled out visa-free entry or mutual exemptions with 75 countries, up from previous years, and expanded visa-free transit access to 55 countries. 🛂

Short-term stays just got a major upgrade: travelers can now enjoy visa-free transit for up to 240 hours (that’s 10 days! ⏳) across 60 entry ports in 24 provinces and regions. Think spontaneous layover adventures in Shanghai or Chengdu! 🇨🇳

Meanwhile, Chinese travelers are stamping their passports like never before. Over 300 million entry/exit documents have been issued since 2021, with 160 million valid passports in circulation. 🌍 Chinese passport holders now enjoy visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to 90+ countries and regions, propelling China’s global passport mobility rank from 72nd to 60th. 📈

Whether you’re a digital nomad eyeing Beijing’s tech hubs or a foodie craving dim sum in Guangzhou, China’s open-door vibe is reshaping global travel. ✨
