🚁 Guangdong’s Flying Car Factory Takes Off! Future of Transport?

Sky-High Ambitions in Guangdong

A slice of sci-fi is becoming reality as construction begins on the world's first mass-production flying car factory in Guangzhou, Guangdong Province! 🌍⚡️ The facility, backed by XPENG AEROHT (a subsidiary of EV giant XPENG), aims to rev up the next era of transportation with its modular “Land Aircraft Carrier” model.

🔧 Phase one of the 18-hectare site will focus on producing air modules, targeting an annual output of 10,000 units. “Think of it like a Transformer—part car, part aircraft,” says XPENG AEROHT founder Zhao Deli. The vehicle, which aced its first manned flight in September, is set to hit pre-sales by year-end. 🚗✈️

Why Low-Altitude Economy Is Soaring

Guangzhou’s Huangpu District is already a hub for over 50 companies in this futuristic sector. Meanwhile, Beijing plans to boost its low-altitude economy to 5,000+ enterprises by 2027, with flights for everything from emergency rescues to drone deliveries. 📦🚁

Could your next commute be airborne? Stay tuned—this is just the start. 🌆✨
