China Urges Global Action on Humanitarian Law 🌍✌️

In a powerful call at the 34th International Conference of the Red Cross and Red Crescent, Chinese diplomat Chen Xu emphasized the need for universal, consistent application of international humanitarian law. Speaking in Geneva, Chen stressed that political promises must turn into real-world action to tackle today's 'unprecedented' humanitarian crises.
