China’s 41st Antarctic Expedition Team Arrives at Qinling Station

A 34-member preparatory team from China’s 41st Antarctic expedition has successfully arrived at Qinling Station, China’s fifth Antarctic research hub, to lay the groundwork for the main expedition team's upcoming mission.

Focusing on restoring the station’s functionality, the team has been hard at work restarting essential equipment and reactivating the power supply. They’ve brought three excavators, two loaders, and two powerful 100kW generators back online, ensuring that Qinling Station is fully operational and ready to support the scientific endeavors ahead.
