The Evaluation Report on Worldwide City Hotline Services and Governance Effectiveness was unveiled during the 2024 Beijing Forum on Swift Response to Public Complaints. This event, co-organized by esteemed institutions such as the Chinese Academy of Social Sciences and China Media Group, brought together experts to discuss innovative solutions for public service challenges and to share best practices in urban governance.

By assessing cities like Seoul, Singapore, Berlin, Paris, Madrid, Toronto, and San Francisco, the report provides a comprehensive overview of how these urban centers manage and optimize their hotline services. Key trends identified include resource integration, channel construction, intelligent applications, data mining, and a strong focus on citizen satisfaction.

Industry insiders are lauding this report as the first systematic global analysis of city hotline trajectories and trends. It introduces a governance-based framework that offers a panoramic assessment of service efficacy and governance effectiveness.

Meng Tianguang, head of the report's expert group and a professor at Tsinghua University’s School of Social Sciences, emphasized the report's role in providing a scientific basis for the continuous optimization of resource allocation, enhancing public service efficiency, fostering urban governance innovation, and ultimately improving the well-being of citizens worldwide. 🌍📞💡
