The recent drop in temperatures has turned the Guaipo Siberian Tiger Park in Shenyang City, northeast China's Liaoning Province, into a winter playground for over 100 majestic Siberian tigers. 🌨️
These beautiful creatures have been taking full advantage of the snowy landscape, frolicking on the ground, exploring the nearby forests, and even cuddling together around trees to stay warm. It’s a heartwarming sight for visitors and staff alike! 🐾❤️
Behind the scenes, the dedicated zookeepers have been working tirelessly to ensure the tigers remain comfortable and healthy throughout the chilly months. According to Song Haishan, a zookeeper at the park, they've enhanced the tigers' diets by adding more meat like beef and pork to help them resist the cold. Additionally, they've regularly placed dried straws in the outdoor enclosures to provide extra warmth and protection against the winter chill.
Thanks to these thoughtful measures, the tigers have been spotted lounging casually on the straws, soaking up the sun and enjoying their winter retreat. ☀️🐅
The harmonious blend of nature and careful preparation has made this winter a joyful season for the tigers and a delightful experience for all who visit the park.
