According to Wu Qian, a spokesperson for the Ministry of National Defense, the fisherman suffered from a gastric hemorrhage while a PLA Navy vessel was conducting a mission in the nearby waters. 🩺
Responding swiftly to the emergency, the PLA Navy vessel reached the scene and safely moved the fisherman to a secure location. He was then transported by helicopter 🚁 to a hospital in Sansha City, located in south China's Hainan Province. 🏥
