China’s Huangshan Among New ‘World Famous Tourism Mountains’ 🌄

City dwellers, rejoice! 🌆 The International Mountain Tourism Alliance just dropped its 2025 must-visit list for nature lovers, with China's Huangshan leading eight stunning peaks added to the World Famous Tourism Mountains catalog.

Announced this week in Guiyang, the selection features five Chinese landmarks: Huangshan's iconic granite peaks, Wawu Mountain's tea terraces, Xuefengshan's misty ridges, Danxiashan's rainbow cliffs, and Zhangshiyan's karst wonders. Globetrotters also get new bucket-list destinations with Argentina's Fitz Roy, Saudi Arabia's Soudah Mountain, and Russia's Belokurikha range.

"These mountains represent Earth's ultimate playgrounds," said IMTA spokesperson Li Wei. "From adrenaline-packed trails to cultural immersion, they're rewriting sustainable tourism in 2025." 🚵♀️📸
