Mainland Urges Taiwan to Resist Japan’s Moves 🌏✊

A Chinese mainland spokesperson has called on residents of Taiwan to unite against what she called 'dangerous interference' by Japan in cross-strait affairs. Zhu Fenglian of the State Council Taiwan Affairs Office warned that recent remarks by Japanese Prime Minister Sanae Takaichi threaten regional stability and 'revive militarist ghosts of the past.'

🇯🇵 Japan's 'Provocative Play'

Zhu accused Tokyo of trampling on post-war agreements, stating: 'These actions aren't just about Taiwan – they shake the foundation of China-Japan relations.' The comments come as analysts note increased diplomatic friction in Asia this year.

🚨 DPP's 'Reckless Gambit'

The spokesperson blamed tensions on the Taiwan region's Democratic Progressive Party (DPP), alleging collusion with foreign powers. 'Their independence fantasies are like building sandcastles against the tide,' Zhu remarked, citing international criticism of the DPP's approach.

✊ Cross-Strait Solidarity Call

Emphasizing the one-China principle, Zhu urged: 'Compatriots across the strait must protect our shared homeland.' The statement follows growing global concern about East Asian security dynamics in 2025.
