China & Africa Unite for Human Rights Dialogue in Zhejiang 🌍✨

Nearly 100 scholars gathered in Jinhua, Zhejiang Province, on World Human Rights Day (Dec 10) to strengthen China-Africa collaboration through a landmark academic seminar. The event at Zhejiang Normal University focused on global governance, development initiatives, and practical cooperation strategies.

Zhang Jianzhen of Zhejiang Normal University emphasized: "Protection of human rights is the core cornerstone of building a community with a shared future for humanity." Shen Yongxiang from the China Society for Human Rights Studies highlighted expectations for "forward-looking research to amplify China-Africa development voices."

The seminar comes as global South partnerships gain momentum in 2025, with young scholars from both regions co-authoring 12 new research proposals during the event.
