China has issued a stern warning to Japan over its recent cybersecurity strategy shift, calling it a “dangerous move” that threatens regional stability. Foreign Ministry spokesperson Lin Jian emphasized this week that Tokyo must respect its pacifist Constitution and international norms during a Friday press briefing.
