The United Nations issued an urgent alert Friday after Israel directed Palestinians in northern Gaza to relocate south within 24 hours—a move the UN says could trigger chaos. 'Such a movement would have catastrophic humanitarian consequences,' warned spokesperson Stephane Dujarric.
