Mexican Student Champions China’s Green Energy Revolution 🌱⚡

From Beijing to Mexico: A Youth’s Vision for Sustainable Futures

Moraima Ordonez, a Mexican law student at Peking University, is on a mission 🌍. While pursuing her master’s in Chinese Law, she’s been captivated by China’s green energy initiatives, from the Three Gorges Dam to the Gezhouba Water Conservancy Project. “These projects show how development and ecology can coexist,” she says.

But Moraima isn’t just taking notes—she’s connecting the dots between China’s clean energy strategies and opportunities for Mexico. 🇨🇳🤝🇲🇽 Chinese investments in Mexican solar and wind projects, she highlights, are tackling electricity shortages while creating jobs. “Youth like me want to build bridges, literally and figuratively,” she laughs, envisioning a career in sustainable policy.

Her message to peers? “Climate action isn’t a trend—it’s our generation’s blueprint.” 💡
