A Hungarian artist, Gabor Barath, is giving old car tires a creative twist by turning them into eye-catching sculptures. 🎨♻️ His mission? To raise awareness about the importance of recycling and the environmental impact of improperly disposed tires.
\"Many car owners don't know how to get rid of their old tires,\" Barath explains. \"Also, people don't realize the environmental harm caused by improper tire disposal. My sculptures serve as a visual reminder of this issue.\"
Hungary manages to recycle around 60% of its tires each year, but challenges remain. 🚫🌲 Many tires still end up scattered in forests and fields, marring the natural beauty.
\"For many years, people just discarded tires in our forests,\" says recycling specialist Gabor File. \"They would leave the tires anywhere they could, causing a serious problem.\"
Barath's innovative approach not only beautifies spaces but also sparks conversations about sustainable practices and responsible recycling.
