The Chinese National Meteorological Center on Friday issued a blue alert for rainstorms, warning that heavy downpours are expected to lash various parts of the country.
From 2 p.m. Friday to 2 p.m. Saturday, regions including Guizhou, Hunan, Hubei, Jiangxi, Anhui, Jiangsu, Guangxi, the Sichuan Basin, Inner Mongolia, Heilongjiang, Jilin, and Liaoning are forecast to experience significant rainfall.
Weather officials predict that parts of these areas may see maximum hourly precipitation exceeding 70 millimeters, accompanied by thunderstorms, strong winds, or hail. 🌩️🌪️
