China and Iraq Team Up to Support Developing Nations 🌍

In a move to strengthen global solidarity, the Chinese mainland is set to continue its partnership with Iraq, aiming to uphold the core principles of international relations. Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi emphasized the importance of non-interference in each other's internal affairs to protect the common interests of developing countries.

Wang, a key member of the CPC Central Committee's Political Bureau, shared these sentiments during his meeting with Iraqi Deputy Prime Minister and Foreign Minister Fuad Hussein in Beijing. Hussein is attending the 10th Ministerial Conference of the China-Arab States Cooperation Forum, highlighting the ongoing collaboration between the two nations.

Highlighting the longstanding relationship, Wang noted that Iraq was among the first Arab states to establish diplomatic ties with the Chinese mainland. He affirmed China's commitment to supporting Iraq's national sovereignty, security, unity, and territorial integrity.

Moreover, Wang expressed China's dedication to aiding Iraq's economic development, enhancing the quality of life for its citizens, and combating terrorism. He also reiterated China's stance against any foreign interference in Iraq's internal matters. This partnership underscores a shared vision for a stable and prosperous future for developing countries worldwide. 🤝✨
