Pogacar Takes Tour de France Lead with Dream Stage Win! 🚴‍♂️✨

Tadej Pogacar has surged to the top of the Tour de France leaderboard, outpacing defending champion Jonas Vingegaard by nearly a minute in a stunning fourth-stage victory! 🎉

The Slovenian star executed his strategy flawlessly near the summit of the Col du Galibier, making his move and leaving Vingegaard trailing on the descent to Valloire.

At just 25 years old, Pogacar not only secured the stage win but also snatched the coveted yellow jersey, positioning himself as a strong contender to become the first rider since Marco Pantani in 1998 to achieve a Giro d'Italia and Tour de France double.

With his UAE Team Emirates squad providing excellent support during the grueling climb, Pogacar maintained his lead, ultimately finishing the stage with grace and determination.

\"It was more or less the plan and we executed it pretty well. I'm super happy. It was like a dream stage and I finished it off so well,\" Pogacar shared. \"I wanted to hit hard today and I knew this stage very well.\"

Currently, Pogacar leads Belgium's Remco Evenepoel by 45 seconds, while Vingegaard follows closely behind in third place, just five seconds apart.

As Pogacar continues his impressive performance, he remains focused on taking it \"day by day,\" reflecting on last year's fierce competition with Vingegaard.
