Ex-Germany Goalie Fined $150K for Chainsaw Garage Drama ⚽🪚

Former Arsenal and Germany soccer star Jens Lehmann has landed in hot water – and a hefty fine – after a chainsaw-fueled feud with his neighbor went viral. 🪚 A court in Starnberg, Germany, ordered the ex-goalkeeper to pay $150,700 for slicing off part of his neighbor’s garage roof in 2022. Talk about taking DIY too far!

Lehmann initially faced a $467,000 penalty, but his legal team negotiated it down after he accepted responsibility. His lawyer Florian Ufer confirmed the agreement, stating: \"Mr. Lehmann accepts responsibility. He has come to an agreement with his neighbor.\"

But the courtroom drama didn’t end there. Judge Tanja Walter called out Lehmann’s attitude, saying he’d \"consistently portrayed himself as a victim\" despite clear evidence. Prosecutor Stefan Kreutzer added: \"He obviously believes he is above the law.\" Ouch – that’s a red card for sportsmanship! ⚠️

The 54-year-old, known for his ’Invincibles’ run with Arsenal, now adds \"chainsaw vandal\" to his resume. Talk about a career pivot! 🤯
