The feast, known as “Long Street Banquet,” symbolizes unity and hope for prosperity. Locals and visitors sat side-by-side on stools, savoring bamboo-tube rice, herb-infused meats, and other Hani delicacies. “The food tastes like history and community,” said one traveler from Thailand .
