Hong Kong’s Easter Break Sees Over 2.27 Million Outbound Trips! 🌟✈️

During the Easter holiday, Hong Kong residents embarked on more than 2.27 million outbound trips, with over 1.9 million heading to the Chinese mainland, according to preliminary data from the Immigration Department of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region government.

One of the standout figures comes from the Zhuhai port of the Hong Kong-Zhuhai-Macao Bridge (HZMB). On Monday alone, over 19,000 inbound and outbound vehicles crossed the bridge, setting a new record since its opening. This surpasses the previous single-day high of 18,400 vehicles set on March 31 this year.

The HZMB, renowned as the world's longest bridge-and-tunnel sea crossing, continues to be a major artery for travelers between Hong Kong and the mainland, showcasing the robust travel activity during holiday seasons. 🚗🌉
