During a visit to Harbin's International Broadcast Center on Friday, Bach emphasized how the city is building on the legacy of the Beijing 2022 Winter Olympics, which set new standards for sustainability and global engagement.
"From Beijing's high-tech ice venues to Harbin's seamless preparations, China continues to raise the bar for winter sports," Bach said. He highlighted the country's growing focus on eco-friendly infrastructure and youth participation, calling it a "blueprint for future Games."
