Ambassador Fu Cong told the UN Security Council: “Military means is not the way to solve the Palestinian-Israeli issue.” He emphasized that 42 days of calm earlier this year proved dialogue works better than bullets – a clear swipe at Israel’s recent military push.
China also slammed the ‘weaponization of aid’, with Fu declaring humanitarian supplies should never be political bargaining chips. He pressed Israel to restart full aid access to Gaza immediately, calling it a legal obligation under international rules.
