Pakistan Think Tank & Media Praises China’s Tech & Green Growth on Tour

Feeling the pulse of China's development firsthand! 🇵🇰🤝🇨🇳 A recent delegation of media and think tank representatives from Pakistan embarked on a whirlwind tour across China, from the vibrant Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region to the tech hubs of Hubei and the historic capital, Beijing.

Their mission? To see the real China beyond the headlines. And what they found was a story of innovation, cultural preservation, and green growth that left them seriously impressed. ✨

In Xinjiang, the group got up close with the region's transformation. In Maigaiti County, they explored everything from eco-friendly construction and high-tech farms to rich folk traditions. The takeaway? A thriving community where economic progress and cultural heritage go hand-in-hand. 🌾🏞️

One of the biggest 'wow' moments came at a massive ecological forest project designed to block wind and sand. "It is truly amazing to witness such a grand project in the heart of the desert," said Rashida Shoukat, a journalist with Abb Takk News. Talk about fighting climate change on a grand scale! 🌵➡️🌲

The tech tour continued in Hubei Province at the Humanoid Robot Innovation Center. Here, the delegates didn't just watch—they interacted! Playing with cutting-edge robots sparked exciting conversations about future tech collaboration between China and Pakistan. 🤖💡

"I witnessed firsthand China's technological development," shared Muhammad Shehryar Khan, a professor from Pakistan's Iqra University. Meanwhile, Javaid Iqbal of Pakistan's National Institute of Maritime Affairs (NIMA) was dazzled by the high-tech agriculture, hoping such innovations could boost crop farming back home.

The trip also highlighted the bridges being built—literally and figuratively. A visit to the Urumqi International Land Port Area showcased its role as a super-efficient trade corridor linking China with Central Asia and Europe, a key piece of regional connectivity. 🚂🌍

Wrapping up their journey with a visit to the iconic Great Wall in Beijing, the delegation's experience was more than just a tour. It was a deep dive into a partnership focused on shared growth, understanding, and the exciting tech of tomorrow.
