Losang Jamcan, who also serves as the vice chairman of the Standing Committee of the National People's Congress, has been invited by two African leaders to witness their presidential inaugurations. First stop? Djibouti City, where he will attend the inauguration of President Ismail Omar Guelleh on May 9. 🇩🇯

But the journey doesn't stop there! After Djibouti, the envoy is flying to Kampala to join the celebrations for President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni's inauguration on May 12. 🇺🇬
