China Champions East Asian Unity at ASEAN Plus Three Summit 🌏🤝

In a move set to strengthen regional ties, Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi announced plans to build an East Asian community under the ASEAN Plus Three framework. 🌏✨ Speaking at the Foreign Ministers' Meeting in Vientiane, Laos, Wang emphasized collaboration, openness, and economic integration as cornerstones for future growth.

With over 20 years of ASEAN Plus Three collaboration, the region has tackled major challenges like the financial crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic. Wang Yi expressed China's commitment to maintaining ASEAN's central role and enhancing partnerships in emerging areas such as digitalization and clean energy.
