China and GCC Foreign Ministers Forge Stronger Ties at UN Assembly 🚀🌏

Chinese Foreign Minister Wang Yi met with the foreign ministers of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) countries on the sidelines of the UN General Assembly session in New York this Friday. The talks marked a significant step in strengthening the already robust relationship between China and the GCC.

Wang Yi, also a member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, emphasized that the relations between China and the GCC have maintained a momentum of vigorous development, becoming a model for building a new type of international relations. 🌐✨

Highlighting the GCC as the most dynamic regional organization in the Middle East and a good friend of China, Wang stated that China values its partnership with the GCC. He expressed China's readiness to enhance communication and coordination, firmly support each other on core interests, and push for deeper cooperation in areas such as economy, trade, energy, investment, and innovation.

In response, the foreign ministers of the GCC countries conveyed their willingness to work closely with China to implement the consensus reached at the first GCC-China Summit. They aim to strengthen cooperation in fields including economy, trade, finance, investment, energy, aerospace, artificial intelligence, and climate change, promoting greater development of GCC-China relations. 🤝📈

The discussions also included exchanges of views on the current situation in the Middle East, underscoring the importance of collaborative efforts in addressing regional challenges.
