The vibrant city of Kazan played host to the successful BRICS Media Dialogue on Wednesday, under the inspiring theme \"Exchange and Mutual Learning for A Shared Future.\" Coinciding with the 16th BRICS Summit, this event brought together heads of mainstream media, government representatives, and think tank experts from China, Russia, Brazil, South Africa, Egypt, the United Arab Emirates, Iran, Belarus, and more.
Co-hosted by China Media Group (CMG) and All-Russia State Television and Radio Broadcasting Company, the dialogue focused on effectively telling the stories of BRICS modernization. Participants emphasized the importance of disseminating comprehensive, objective, and impartial news to audiences worldwide. They expressed enthusiasm for building consensus, deepening cooperation, and learning from one another to contribute to a community with a shared future for mankind.
Shen Haixiong, president of CMG, delivered a compelling speech highlighting the enduring BRICS spirit of openness, inclusiveness, and win-win cooperation.
